Order processing

Orders containing items that are in stock are normally prepared within 1–2 business days. Large orders and orders placed shortly before a weekend or public holiday may require additional time.

Destinations, costs and delivery times

We ship to the destinations made available at checkout. The shipping methods, costs and estimated delivery times applicable to each order are shown before payment and depend on the destination, weight and items purchased.

Delivery normally takes 2–4 business days within Italy and may take longer for other destinations available at checkout. For different weights or destinations, the options shown at checkout apply. Delivery estimates start from dispatch and may be affected by delays outside the seller’s control.

Free shipping in Italy

Free shipping is applied automatically to orders delivered within Italy with a subtotal of at least €70.00, for shipping rates not exceeding €9.99. Eligibility is calculated on the product subtotal after applicable discounts and before shipping charges, as shown in the cart and at checkout.

Customs duties and import charges

For shipments subject to customs procedures, any customs duties, import taxes and clearance charges depend on the destination and applicable regulations. Charges requested from the recipient are the recipient’s responsibility to the extent permitted by law and are indicated when available.

Delivery problems

If a parcel does not arrive, arrives damaged or is returned because of failed delivery, unpaid customs charges or import issues, contact us at info@profumieradivenezia.it and include your order number. The case will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. Any deductions may only relate to actual, documented costs permitted by law. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
