Order processing
Orders containing items in stock are normally prepared within 1–2 business days. Large orders and those placed shortly before a weekend or public holiday may take longer.
Destinations, costs and delivery times
We ship to the destinations available at checkout. The shipping methods, charges and estimated delivery times applicable to your order are shown before payment and depend on the destination, weight and items purchased.
Delivery normally takes 2–4 business days within Italy and may take longer for other destinations available at checkout. Different weights or destinations are subject to the options displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are calculated from dispatch and may be affected by delays outside the seller's control.
Free shipping in Italy
Free shipping is automatically applied to orders delivered within Italy with a product subtotal of at least €70.00, for shipping rates not exceeding €9.99. Eligibility is calculated on the product subtotal after applicable discounts and before shipping charges, as displayed in the cart and at checkout.
Customs duties and imports
For shipments subject to customs procedures, any duties, import taxes and customs clearance fees depend on the destination and applicable regulations. Charges requested from the recipient are borne by the recipient to the extent permitted by law and are indicated when available.
Delivery problems
If a parcel does not arrive, is damaged or is returned due to failed delivery, unpaid customs charges or import issues, please contact info@profumieradivenezia.it with your order number. The case will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. Any deductions may relate only to actual, documented costs permitted by law. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
